Refund policy

Ali & Esmee Designs has a strict NO REFUND Policy due to sanitary reasons and recent Pandemic Guidelines. Once products get shipped we are no longer responsible for the package. Orders can not be canceled, altered, or modified once purchase is completed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. 

We are not responsible for any damage, lost, or stolen goods.
